"Basement Project We absolutely love our new basement! I was very nervous when selecting the contractor for this job. I interviewed three contractors for the job, all seem very decent, but what set Best Home apart was Jeff Segovia. He designed the whole layout of our basement (we love it) and oversaw the entire project from beginning to end. The construction crews were very polite and friendly. Best Home did an excellent job and very flexible with many changes I had and they completed the job on time (took 3 months and exactly 1 week)which was amazing. I am actually hiring them again for additional projects. I highly recommend Best Homes!"

"We interviewed 17 different contractors for bathroom renovations until we settled on Ultimate. We had planned to just do one of our bathrooms just to find out how it worked out. But after we saw what happened on the first bathroom, we ended up having two other bathrooms completed by Ultimate. These guys are worth anything they’re asking for! They weren’t the most expensive contractor that came in and they weren’t the cheapest either but as far as we’re concerned, they were the best!"

"My Kitchen and bath had exceeded my expectations with regards to quality, price , and timeliness of my kitchen project . The PM estimated 2 and half weeks to 3 weeks but it was done in 2 weeks, just before Christmas ! The staff was very friendly and attentive . They listened and understood what I wanted for my dream kitchen . Duncan, presented me with options for my kitchen to meet my budget . Although ,I chose the latter which was to have my dream kitchen and decide not to bend on that. Sam was thorough with all the final walk through and made sure I was happy before leaving my house. Attention to detail was what I appreciated most with the whole process . I felt safe in the sense where my kitchen would not be left unfinished midway . I recommend this company to anyone who is renovating !"

"The short version of this review is we were very happy with the work Select Kitchen and Bath did for us and would not hesitate to use them again. Our project, which was completed in January 2025, consisted of a complete remodel of two full bathrooms which were vintage 1983. Amanda was our designer, Mark was the lead installer, and John was the project manager. All three of them provided welcome suggestions, good guidance and advice throughout the process… starting with clear and transparent service agreements. Select was very accommodating with scheduling and access to the house / workspaces. Questions were answered promptly by Amanda, Mark and John, and any concerns were addressed to our satisfaction. We had originally hired them to remodel our master bathroom but when COVID hit we shifted our focus to our partially unfinished basement. They had no problem with the change and quickly designed our basement for secondary living and room for extended guest stays. We truly appreciated the professionalism, workmanship and, above all, cleanliness of the TCB team. They went above and beyond to clean up each and every day. They wore masks and kept their distance from our family. They fielded questions from subcontractors so we didn't have to be unnecessarily exposed. The space itself turned out beautifully and has already proved invaluable. When our teen was recently exposed to COVID he was able to very comfortably isolate until he received his negative diagnosis. "Extremely disappointed with this company. They do not stand by their guarantees. Did install shower in one day. Was not provided with the shower head I ordered. Calking and trim work was very sloppy. Went through the shower wall into my bedroom, did sparkle wall and left it. Shower doors have leaked and was finally told six months later that there is nothing they can do to correct the issue. Originally quoted $24,000.00 for the walk on shower, eventually agreed to $11,500.00. Completely dissatisfied with my shower. Once they get their payment, they are done."
