"Ripped off. I was hopeful of having a good experience, since a friend referred me to this company, but that didn't happen. My A/C fan was constantly running, but not cooling. They came out and said it needed a capacitor, and that it would be $405. I agreed, thinking it was an expensive part and he needed a good amount of time to do the job. It took 45 minutes tops (he also cleaned the screen on the sides and checked the filter "for free".). He didn't leave me with a receipt, so I asked for one, and he emailed it right away. It was NOT itemized, and so there was no way to know how much they charged/hr., or how much the part was. I looked up the part online, and guess what...about $10. So BUYER BEWARE. When I called the office for information about hourly costs and the part cost, she said what another reviewer reported upon his call: that there is a flat fee, etc. Oh, and there's a $15 charge for their gas, since prices are so high, and to keep their "fleet mobile and ready to serve." The only positive part is that my AC is working, and the technician was very nice, but I WILL NOT BE USING THIS COMPANY AGAIN."
