This was a 3rd-floor condo unit so the outside unit was on the roof of the 5th story, I could not have been more pleased with the outcome - a very professional and thorough job. They even relocated the thermostat to a better wall location. Very easy to work with and the most important thing to me was they obviously take a lot of pride in their work and it's always a pleasure to deal with people who do what they say. They came to the house to inspect our current line and provided and estimate that same afternoon. We were very pleased that the work was finished in 1 day and we did not have to remove any plants from the front yard. They repaired the sidewalk before they left and cleaned up the area."
