"CALL THESE GUYS FIRST! We have a drain in our basement that has overflowed for years. It's finicky and the problem comes and goes depending on the activity. We recently decided to fix it once and for all- we had THREE Rooter companies come out and all three provided different 'solutions'. Rooter-Man was the ONLY company to spend the time to determine the problem, test their theories and work tirelessly until the pipe was cleared out. The other companies had me prepared to spend TEN THOUSAND dollars with them to trench a new line in our backyard. Shane from Rooter-Man was honest, professional, nice, hardworking and knowledgeable. SHANE WAS AWESOME. DO NOT CALL OTHER ROOTER COMPANIES. DO NOT GO ELSEWHERE. CALL THESE GUYS FIRST and save yourself the headache"

They returned my phone call the same day, came to my house to give me an estimate 2 days later (they would have been out the next day, but that didn't work with my schedule), and then I hired them. They did all the work while I was at work so I drove up to a beautifully clean yard! What I was particularly impressed with was how they left my yard. They said when they gave me the estimate that they would probably have to leave some of the stumps but would get as close to the ground as possible. If there are still stumps, I don't know where they are! I have since installed mulch beds and planted flowers where the overgrown bushes were, with zero complications. I can't wait for them to come out and do my backyard.

"All went well. Some issues with the foundation were worse than thought so the work took a little longer but it was definitely needed. Part of an addition had been built without proper foundation as in none. It was hanging in air. They made an extra trip to replace and fix drains that had to be removed. Took extra care to make sure as little damage to carpet as possible. Terrance Blackwell and crew came for the outside work. They were great. I really appreciated Terrance's extra trip to make sure the drains were fixed. Austin Wells and Peter Dang came for basement floor lift and level and I greatly appreciated their extra effort to take care of the carpets even though they had to drill through the floor. The little extras made a big difference. Good people, good work."

"Eric and his crew were great to work with and did a fantastic job. When we first met with Eric to discuss the project, we described what we wanted but didn't have a detailed plan. He was able to work with us along the way as the project took shape, making slight modifications where needed. Easy to work with and very knowledgeable. Also responsive - usually not more than a day or two went by without hearing something, and if so, he was quick to respond to a call, email, or text. The project experienced some delays (a week or two) but this was due to rainy weather and beyond their control. The work required installation of a lower retaining wall and filling the area behind it to bring to grade level with the driveway, installation of pavers for a walkway and patio, installation of a second wall using dry stacked stone, and installation of exterior porch steps with bluestone treads. They kept the work area organized, used the fill dirt left over from excavation creatively to build up some eroded areas, seeded and strawed impacted areas, and left everything in good shape. I recommend them highly."
