"Lux foundation repair did a wonderful job at my home. I have 4 pipes coming into my home that had deteriorating seals around the pipe. The seals had deteriorated to the point that I had a large plastic box under the pipes so that after every rain I would collect the water that otherwise would have destroyed our finished basement. After small storms, I would collect a couple gallons, after very large storms, I would collect over 8 gallons of water in the box. I spoke to one contractor who suggested excavating the outside of the home. No small task since the pipes enter about 6’ below grade and it would have involved removing several established plants. I was surprised with the estimator from Lux informed me that they could solve the problem from inside the home. I was surprised that the estimator was very confident that he could not only fix the problem, but guarantee that it would fix the problem. The work team arrived on time, quickly did their work and left. When the next storm arrived, I checked the box….no water at all. Was it painless? Yes. Was it worth the money? Yes."

"I had made a poor hiring decision with a different landscape contractor.  I needed some drainage issues fixed, lot regrading, and sod placed.  The first contractor did an awful job not only failing to fix the problems, but actually making them much worse which caused flooding and water damage to the basement we were in the middle of finishing.  It became an emergency situation in the midst of some really wet weather.  I did more research this time, and chose the Garrett Group.  Dave was very responsive and sympathetic to my situation.  He came out within 12 hours of my inquiry to survey the situation and make his recommendations.  He immediately made me feel comfortable that I was making the right decision.  Night and day from the first guy.  His estimate was not only reasonable, but almost half of the other two companies I contacted.
