The job was well done, and the workman pleasant to work with. I thought they were a bit expensive, but I have not have this kind of work done in awhile. It took a couple of tries for the office to get my address and email correct for estimates to be sent, however. .. not the plumber’s fault."

They were very professional and courteous from the rep they sent to assess the situation to the very efficient appointment updates as to when they would start the job. "I was impressed with the information given at time of quote. I was told that even though some companies would do a fill repair that they would not do that type of work because they did not feel like it would fix the problem long term. They were honest and gave me another solution, that although a little more costly would permanently fix the issue. After doing some research I believed their suggestion was indeed the best way to go. My only complaint is that it took several months to get on their calendar. They were up front with this at the time I booked with them and did show up around the time the told me they would.
