They ran into a small snag during the work, but were able to locate the issue and fix it quickly. They were very flexible and understanding, even after the job when I had a few follow-up questions. "The team that came and did the work were fantastic, in spite of, the lady in the office, very nice, the rest, management etc terrible. I was quoted a job that I really did not need, the worked was not presented to the team that did the work correctly. The install equipment the install team had to use was trash, their truck was barely running, they were not supplied the correct piping for the job, no support by management while on the job. I would not recommend them to anyone. Do not use."
