"Steve and his crew did a phenomenal job replacing all the wood that was damaged in the crawl space. The house was in the middle of selling and these unknown defects were identified during the buyer’s home inspection and we were so concerned we would have a hard time getting these repairs handled in time. "The whole experience was wonderful. I was referred to Classic Marble and Granite by a friend. My project manager, Kristi McGaugh, showed me around the warehouse area to choose some options. She was very knowledgeable in helping me decide a choice to closely match the backsplash in our home. The process of taking out the laminate and replacing with the marble countertops ran very smoothly and the installers did an excellent job. Being able to choose a sink there and having their plumber install was great. I have already referred a few friends to Classic! Kristi checked back with me after the work was completed to see how everything went and said to call if we had any other questions or concerns."

"They found my floors to be too wet to install the flooring when they gave me an estimate. They had a second employee stop by with another meter to double check the wetness of the floors. Then they were kind enough to leave a Driez electronic moisture counter with me to show the company who dried the floors that they were still damp. They left the mositure meter with me for several weeks until the wetness issue was resolved to my satisfaction. Their knowledge and customer service spoke volumes about their company. They went above and beyond to help me out with a very stressful situation.

"William Gonzalez gave us excellent service and made sure we were completely satisfied. We had bathroom floors that were 30 years old with broken tiles and loose grout. Now the floors look great with new modern tile. William and the men who worked at our home were friendly, punctual, covered floors entering the house to the bathrooms to protect wood floors and did a good job tiling, grouting and sealing.
