Took down blinds and draperies, laid down tarps, moved furniture and bookcases, spackled, puttied, sanded, painted, and put everything back in place before they left each evening for 3 days. "I contacted Brian for an estimate to pressure wash my house, shed and deck in Hampton, I currently live in San Antonio.  I was contacted immediately and found both Brian and his assistant to be very personable and willing to work with me.  Brian worked with me via phone calls and email to ensure me they would take care of my house.   He even let me know that he had his workers to go back to clean the shed because they forgot it.  He also gave me an estimate to do some exterior painting that I thought was reasonable.  It was a pleasure to work with Brian and I plan to definately use this company again.

"Excellent work! At least 1/3 of my roof on the north side had a great deal of moss on it. On much of the rest of the roof there were small amounts of moss along the bottom edge of shingles, and there were patches in scattered places on the main part of the shingles. After Hector and his son cleaned the roof, it looked brand new. They removed plants and furniture from our deck before the job and replaced them after the job. They even did a light washing of the vinyl siding of the house, which was outside the agreed-upon scope of work, but they did not charge me for it. As a former member of a site safety office in a then-Fortune 50 company, I was particularly impressed with the excellent precautions they took to insure their safety on the roof during the job. Hector’s 27+ years of experience was evident in every aspect of the job. I plan to bring him back in a year for annual maintenance. "It was ok. They cleaned the house and the roof. I had some significant staining in the grass at my home from the chemical they used to clean the home. I can't explain why it didn't happen at all on the rental property. The price for their cleaning of the roof was extremely high, but the house cleaning was on the lower end. It worked out in the end."
