I originally scheduled them to install a touchless kitchen faucet I had purchased; when he was here, I inquired about replacing the garbage disposal and then he noted some issues with my current kitchen sink traps (which were clear to see when he pointed them out). Owen was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional; and he immediately flexed from my initial faucet installation request to add the other two items to the scope. Overall, I couldn't be more pleased with the service... Owen did a great job and I'll definitely reach back out to The Pipe Doctor for future plumbing needs!"

"I called Jamie in the morning, he returned the call shortly afterwards and was able to come that afternoon, even though this wasn't an emergency. The sprayer nozzle in the kitchen sink was dripping and seemed to cause the regular faucet water flow to pulsate. There also was water in the cabinet under the sink leaking  from the sprayer nozzle hosing. Jamie examined everything carefully, cleaned the nozzle and the faucet. He explained the design of the nozzle leads to dripping and explained how to reduce that.  He felt the problem was somewhat due to recent work on the main water lines, so he examined the main water valve, cleaning out a lot of debris that had been caught in the filter screen. He worked carefully and thoroughly and is very polite and pleasant. He honored a $25 coupon that was on the Angie's List site. His regular fee is $85 per hour, but the coupon brought the cost to us down to $60. We would definitely use Jamie again.

Andrew Boone, the Outside Sales Consultant and project manager executed with high quality and excellence. He coordinated and scheduled the template measurement team which included Brandon and Duke who both provided excellent advice on how the install would happen. The installation team led by Giovanni was outstanding. Giovanni insure our granite was handle with white glove care while placing the countertops in the proper position. Gus was the plumber who completed the final installation of the faucet and garbage disposal. Gus executed over and above by texting me the day before installation to ensure all materials was onsite prior to his arrival. I highly recommend Classic Granite and Marble. We are very satisfied from beginning to end of the installation."

"Dishwasher and ceiling fan service was wonderful. Garbage disposal is on its way, the shower fixture was a little messy and have to return 3 times to fix, pray its the last time. But not Choice Warranty's fault. Alittle pricey but allows you to pay them out."
