"What a great experience! Scheduling was a breeze; and the plumber, Owen, arrived on time, well within the window after a call that he was on his way. I originally scheduled them to install a touchless kitchen faucet I had purchased; when he was here, I inquired about replacing the garbage disposal and then he noted some issues with my current kitchen sink traps (which were clear to see when he pointed them out). Owen was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional; and he immediately flexed from my initial faucet installation request to add the other two items to the scope. Overall, I couldn't be more pleased with the service... Owen did a great job and I'll definitely reach back out to The Pipe Doctor for future plumbing needs!"

"I called Jamie in the morning, he returned the call shortly afterwards and was able to come that afternoon, even though this wasn't an emergency. The sprayer nozzle in the kitchen sink was dripping and seemed to cause the regular faucet water flow to pulsate. There also was water in the cabinet under the sink leaking  from the sprayer nozzle hosing. Jamie examined everything carefully, cleaned the nozzle and the faucet. He explained the design of the nozzle leads to dripping and explained how to reduce that.  He felt the problem was somewhat due to recent work on the main water lines, so he examined the main water valve, cleaning out a lot of debris that had been caught in the filter screen. He worked carefully and thoroughly and is very polite and pleasant. He honored a $25 coupon that was on the Angie's List site. His regular fee is $85 per hour, but the coupon brought the cost to us down to $60. We would definitely use Jamie again.

"I was really impressed with everyone in the process. The Project Manager was Heather, who insured that everything ran smooth without any issues. Brandon came out and measured the kitchen and identified a light switch and plug that needed to be repositioned on the wall. Luis came in and did an excellent job installing the new stone. The new sink, faucet, and cooktop were a perfect fit. The area was cleaned very well when the job was finished. All the work was done in a courteous and professional manner by everyone involved in this process. I would definitely recommend this company."

"Outstanding!!! By far one of the finest installations that I have had performed in my home over the last 30 years. Eric who performed the installation is a master at recessed light installation. After a brief survey of my existing lighting and my new requirements he went right to work. He made only two (2) 6"x 6" drywall ceiling cuts to complete the 11 light installation. I envisioned that my ceiling would require major drywall work when he finished and my requirement to hire a drywall contractor. In fact he did such great job in his ceiling entry work I completed the drywall patch work myself. He took advantage of my existing wiring to tie all lights in and replaced existing switches with ones that provided a dimmer capability. If you are thinking of having recessed LED lighting installed and don't hire Murphy Family Services and Eric specifically you're missing out on a great opportunity to spruce up your home with a quality lighting job (Oh! don't forget that you have to buy the LED lights and switches but at today's prices they're a real bargain.
