Tech listened well, and took the time to obtain some additional parts needed for the installation off a special-purpose dropped off the main water lines, Explained all the work afterwards and demonstrated successful operation. Cleaned up thoroughly. We are extremely happy with the work! Would use Reddick and Sons again without hesitation.

The installers were professional, clean, and did the neatest work Iâ  ve ever seen! They cleaned up after themselves, and left everything epic and span. It was an excellent job for an excellent price!

While they showed up on time, there are others that cost less. Had exact same problem with our other bathroom less than one week later, the cost was half as much for the same process. Reddick also had to come back twice within the first week for drainage leaks continuing. Zero problems with bathroom 2 other plumbers. Both for Northern Virginia service.

I had my water heater replaced after 12 years, get all the copper pipes cleaned up, replaced the rusting pressure reducer and put in a mixing valve with Reddick & Sons. 5 stars and happy with the results. I had received quotes from a handful of companies. I will say Reddick & Sons wasn't the cheapest but it's not a bad thing if you want your project done right the first time. The cheapest companies' free consultation left me wondering if it'll be done properly. At the end, it came down to two choices with whom I was comfortable proceeding with. R&S was more expensive but had many great reviews. The other was cheaper but not a lot of reviews. I picked R&S eventually because they were willing to work with me on the price. It wasn't an exact match but I was happy with the price after looking at a few similar quotes. I was a little surprised they didn't recommend a mixing valve. I think they are trying not to oversell a lot of items but from the stuff I'd been reading, you'd want a mixing valve so I asked for one. Without a mixing valve, your tank temp will be at 110'C and bacteria can still grow at the temp. If you have a mixing valve, you can set the tank temp to 140'C to kill off all bacteria and use the valve to tone it down to 110'C so it's safe for you. I'm no expert but that makes sense to me so I had a mixing valve installed. The project took about 3-4 hours total. It didn't feel right the guy was carrying the huge tank with a cart by himself so I helped him at the stairs. The work was done very professionally. He wore slip on covers for his shoes inside the house and cleaned up all the mess afterward. The plumbing work is very clean and is a lot prettier than before. Everything is up to code as well (they installed drain pan and overflow tank). I highly recommend them. Don't cheap out on the important stuff but also have a few quotes ready so you aren't overpaying by a lot. Good luck with your project!

AMAZING service! Hired plumber to move a shower drain and toilet. The plumber arrived on time and was extremely knowledgeable on all plumbing matters. He went far beyond in making sure the job was completed on time and up to expectations. Couldn't be happier with the price and job. A real pleasure to do busy with this company!

Came out the next day and on time. Finished the job at agreed price even though it became a little more involved than expected. I also used the same company for electrical work. Likewise on time, professional, and explained things clearly.

I have also had plumbing work and now hvac. Both jobs they we're great with knowledge and went above expectations.

The plumber was courteous and did a great job. Cleared the sink and went the extra mile to properly reattach the dishwasher hose the installers didn't do correctly. Cleaned up afterward.

Reddick and Sons is an excellent company to deal with. They do quality work and their employees are qualified and pleasant to work with. They take time to explain everything both before they start work and then again after so you know everything about using the system. We have used them twice and will use again when needed.

Reddick & Sons crew know their business. They not only always answer all my questions, but they are knowledgable on different options to provide even more cost efficient and energy saving options down the road. What a wealth of knowledge and experience on this team. We've been working with them for a couple of years (everything from installing a new water heater to HVAC system checks and minor plumbing repairs). And and I haven't found this kind of customer service and work quality in the trades anywhere else in Northern Virginia. They don't push any gimmicks or sales. They know what they are doing and they do it well. Reddick & Sons feel like family and I trust them with all of my HVAC and plumbing needs.

Two years ago my wife and I bought a former rental property in Arlington. Unfortunately, that means our HVAC wasn't very well maintained. Started leaking, heavily. We decided to replace our system, and the team at Reddick & Sons gave us a great price. They worked well with logistics from other contractors (drywall/painters) and reworked the duct work with the new unit to make it much easier for monitoring and maintenance. Great job all around.
