"In the spring of 2024, I started on a project to add a porch to the front of my house. Tucker gave good advice on surveying the lot before working on the design. Looking at my house and the other houses on the street, he should have realized that a $50,000 porch would not make economic sense. I wish he would have talked me in another direction. Some of the features I requested were not on the initial drawing, nor was there a description of the materials. I assumed he did not take good notes at our initial meeting. They are poor estimators of their timer requirements. Quality of drawings was good. I wish Tucker would have talked me out of a porch addition at our initial meeting. "My wife and I are incredibly satisfied with our renovated home. From the design work done by Dave at NRG to very efficiently use our limited space, to the on-schedule completion of the work to facilitate our tight move-out/move-in schedule, to the outstanding punch list finishing work the NRG team did to make the minor repairs involved in every home project, to NRG's doggedness and determination to make sure we are satisfied all the way to the finish line--we really couldn't ask for a better home renovation experience. We have had minor hiccups since moving back in, each of which has been successfully and quickly resolved, and whenever something unexpected occurs, I remember and rest on Dave's assurance: "If there's an issue, we'll fix it. We stand by our work." That's exactly what Dave and NRG have done. Dave is not just a general contractor, he also serves as a counselor and mentor throughout the renovation process whom you can trust."

"We have had now two projects completed by SGS Builders, and the work completed by Steve Sanders, Enrique, and crew was nothing less than outstanding. Several years ago we hired Steve to remove a load bearing wall to create a large open family room. Steve completed the project in record time and it looked perfect. In Mid-2018, we decided to add 1,000+ Sq Ft to our home to create a new Kitchen, living room and dinette space all in an open concept. What I had in my head was placed into a design by Steve and built exacted as we dreamed. It has now been nine months since the project was completed and we couldn't be happier with the finished project and Steve's work. The space looks great and we have had no problems with the workmanship. Everyone who has seen our new space has the same reaction, Wow, who did this work? There were so many complexities to this project which included the removing of a fireplace, raising a portion of the house that had settled, splitting the HVAC system to install an upstairs and downstairs unit, new plumbing, fixtures, adding a new section right next to an existing pool, the list goes on and on. Steve thoroughly planned each and every phase of construction in a timely and professional manner. To add to Steve's burden, my wife and I remained in the house throughout the 120 - 160 day construction period. We made a very large investment in our home and Steve was the only one we trusted to complete such a large project. Steve has outstanding project management skills as well as his vast experience in construction will keep any project on track. Steve and his crew were onsite 1 June through Mid-September and we had zero problems with the construction or crew. The subcontractors Steve's works with he has known for years and they are very good. We have found Steve's pricing to be fair, competitive, and honest. I would not hesitate to hire SGS Builders, Steve and Enrique, again. They are outstanding to work with and we couldn't be happier with our two projects completed by Steve."

"Rating 2 star because quality of tiling work is decent. This company is not cheap, but overall work quality is cheap. After completing the bathroom remodel, we found the hand shower was not working. They first blamed Delta, saying it faulty. I called delta customer rep in front of him and delta pointed out the problem with installation. Cutting the new bathroom tile was expensive, so Sosa did something from the back of bathroom by cutting a drywall, and both rain/ hand shower started working. We had the feeling that something is not correct because there was not enough water pressure and water was not warm enough. And here it happened exactly after 2 months, the shower system stopped working. When I called Sosa to check what’s going on and he responded “it was working when I left” . So I had to call another agency, they cut the drywall and showed me the poor quality plumbing done by Sosa. They re-did the plumbing and shower system started working."
