In the spring of 2024, I started on a project to add a porch to the front of my house. Tucker gave good advice on surveying the lot before working on the design. Looking at my house and the other houses on the street, he should have realized that a $50,000 porch would not make economic sense. I wish he would have talked me in another direction. Some of the features I requested were not on the initial drawing, nor was there a description of the materials. I assumed he did not take good notes at our initial meeting. They are poor estimators of their timer requirements. Quality of drawings was good. I wish Tucker would have talked me out of a porch addition at our initial meeting. Very professional and punctual. Easy to work with and came with judgement-free ideas to help make our home just right for us. Still in the preliminary design phase and excited to see how our project continues to flow.

Bill and his team are very talented professionals. They designed a beautiful 2nd story addition/renovation to our Louisiana Plantation Style home. We are very pleased with the design, execution, cost, and customer service on this complex project. The best in Fredericksburg!

Bill is very creative, thoughtful, and very patient to work with. He and his company are developing blueprints for the renovation of our basement. His company is then going to submit the plans for permitting. He is also helping my wife with the design of our bathroom remodeling. We could not be more satisfied with a companies work.

House plans in Prince William County. Mr. Bill Tucker and his team were great people to work with. They did an excellent work with my my new home plans, they were very professional and completed the project in a short period of time, they were able to revise and revamp a product from another company. The final product was to my entire satisfaction I would gladly recommend them to others looking for an architect. By now, my new home plans have been approved by the county and I am happy to continue with my dream project. Build my own Home.

I was happy with the end result but a garage addition with a second floor office took 7 months to complete just the drawings. It was a time and material project so, IMO, it was milked far too long costing me over $12k (yes, for just the prints). Nice guys and a nice set of prints but extremely overpriced based on other architects I have hired for entire house designs (which were less, BTW). I gave Bill the opportunity to lower the...ah... Bill and he defended it like this is normal. So, if your driver wealthy, definitely hire this firm.

Mr, Tucker came to the house and listened to what my wife was looking for made several suggestions to give her an idea of the scope of possible design changes. He was very easy to talk to and very personal during our meeting.

At the time of this surgery I am still working with his architect. He did come on site for meeting, had some good ideas and has since sent me the first round of drawings to review. His pricing was good and I’m very pleased with the service so far. I would absolutely recommend them.

I'm excited to see the final product from Tucker Architects, Inc. The total remodel will start soon.

Didn't listen to us to what we wanedI , finally i drew up what we wanted, took 4 months for Mr. Tucker to draw up the plans for 3 rooms and the plan have "Not for Construction" printed on them...what a waste of time and money

Bill was easy going and friendly while maintaining his professionalism. His fees were reasonable and he responded to all inquiries in a timely manner. We are making repairs to an historic home and he was extremely helpful in guiding us.

I began working with Bill Tucker about 1.5 months ago and am very pleased with the project thus far. We are designing a custom home and are near the final stages of the plan and almost ready to submit the project for bid. I've made a lot of changes to the original plan and he is very patient with me, taking the time to explain the pros and cons of the changes and making suggestions when appropriate. I plan to keep him witgh my homebuilding project through turnkey. .

I have been very pleased with the architectural sketches Bill prepared based on discussions with me about my desires for a house. We have not quite finished the conceptual drawings yet, but I'm pleased so far.

We think he's fabulous. I have worked with him for 8-9 years. His range of designing is incredible. He is incredible. He's very friendly with people. He can be very creative. Everything with Bill is great. To find him is to find a gold mine. My husband would agree. I have recommended him several times. The job he just finished is one of the jobs I recommended him for. I am going to use him myself.
