"I have been using the team at home breakthrough for years. At this point they fully remodeled my basement including adding a new bathroom/wet bar. As well as a huge overhaul of my main floor bath and laundry room. The quality of their work is outstanding. I also love their quote structure. They start with a labor number and give you an idea of what materials will cost but it’s essentially a chose your own adventure on how high end you want to go on features etc and they are very helpful to guide you on the way as well as have great experts to point you to on cabinets, fixtures, tile, countertops etc to help you achieve your vision. Look forward to having them back for my next project!"

"In the spring of 2024, I started on a project to add a porch to the front of my house. Tucker gave good advice on surveying the lot before working on the design. Looking at my house and the other houses on the street, he should have realized that a $50,000 porch would not make economic sense. I wish he would have talked me in another direction. Some of the features I requested were not on the initial drawing, nor was there a description of the materials. I assumed he did not take good notes at our initial meeting. They are poor estimators of their timer requirements. Quality of drawings was good. I wish Tucker would have talked me out of a porch addition at our initial meeting. "Went with Marvella because of their honest assessment of our needs and our budget for a new patio and quick responses. We decided on a concrete pour, and there was no attempt to guilt us into up selling, they talked us through the whole project, walk us through the process (including getting a survey done, HOA letters, etc) and worked with local contractors at each step. We are very happy with the results, and will be recommending Marvella to all our family and friends."

"I hired an architect to do a cafe sketch for the permit purpose. She did the sketch and I paid her in two deposits via check $600 each for a total of $1200 and I paid her $350 for the application fee and she made me hire someone else to do the seal and I have to pay that person $600. I gave her two checks and for the service application, she said once she finishes and submits it to the county, then I can pay her a check. She submitted the application to the county on Nov 6, 2023, around 8 PM. She texted me around 10 p.m. and asked for the $350 for the application fee. I told her I would give her a check tomorrow, but she refused to accept a check. She said I want Zelle. She said she doesn't have time to meet me. I said okay, then I emailed her the check for $350, but she withdrew the application from the county. When I went to the county today, they told me the architect who submitted the plan, withdrew everything. I reached out to her and told her if she can't finish her job, she needs to return my money so I hire someone else, but she is not responding. She wasted 10 days of my time, took my money and at the end disappeared."
