"I called Adam Contracting LLC primarily to fix a leaky pipe underneath the sink in one of my bathrooms.  I bought the $59.00 handyman services for 2 hrs thinking it would take that long to fix the leak.  I was so wrong.  Israel, one of Adam Contracting's technicians, took approximately 10 minutes to fix the leak. I was so happy.  I had delayed getting the leak repaired because I thought I would incur some unheard of cost, but working with Adam Contracting, I was able to stay within the $59.00 price.  Also, since Israel got finished so quickly with the leak, he was able to repair other things I wanted to have done in my house. 
Israel, the technician, was professional, knowledgeable, and punctual.
 
I will definitely use Adam Contracting LLC in the future for household repairs.

"Mr. Benner has been in business for 16 years and he still has the energy of a new business entrepreneur. He was recommended by the radon level testing company we secured to test our newly built home, which was completed in September 2014. Our levels were in the and quot;7and quot; level, only about 2x the level recommended for active remediation. According to Mr. Benner, he has remediated buildings with levels above 100 in the past. He was very professional, knowledgeable, punctual, flexible and informative. I highly recommend Mr. Benner and his company for your radon remediation projects.

Ron, our home inspector, was fantastic! He arrived early, and I don't think he could have been more thorough than he was! He was very friendly and personable, and was more than willing to answer our questions during the inspection. He went through the entire home with a fine toothed comb! He pointed out defects that he found, and explained things in detail. He also highlighted the positive things he found. Used a drone to inspect the roof and chimney, and thermal imaging to check for hidden moisture. "At 7pm on Saturday the 15th, In the middle of the Presidents` Day holiday, the value on my tenant’s apartment radiator started to leak at the rate of 1/2 c every half hour. My house, and the radiator, is 111 years old. I frantically called two 24 hour emergency plumbers and none of them came through. I then called Magnolia, who I had never used before, and Jose Vilche came to my house 40 minutes later. He had to drain the radiators and shut off the water flow as he could not remove the valve, but about 8:20 the next morning he arrived with his assistant, Angel, to cap that radiator and refill the system. He returned on Tuesday, as I had to work on Monday, with his supervisor who was finally able to remove the valve. The radiator stays capped until Tuesday the next week (accommodating my work schedule) when Vincent and Angel install the new valve. I had them also install a new drain valve on a second apartment radiator. So now, after all the draining and bleeding and testing for water balance, the radiators are functioning better than they ever had before. While Magnolia is not inexpensive, the cost was definately worth my peace of mind. Jose was in constant contact with me, he arrived exactly on schedule, explained each step along the way and worked diligently on my horrible problem until it was resolved. Thank you Magnolia- this was a stressful time for me and I was very satisfied with the service I had received!"
