While we waiting for my realtor to arrive, he grabbed a ladder and did a complete inspection of the roof (not all inspectors do this). Once we got inside, he explained the processes and we began. I shadowed him throughout the whole processes, and it was a wonderful experience. He was very thorough and knowledgeable, and was always willing to provide complete and educational answers about both the good and the bad he found.
