"My pool needed pretty much a rework of all the filtering and pump equipment due to age.
Contacted several companies for quotes. BJ's was in the middle ground pricewise, but 2 of the companies were also sky high on their estimates.
These guys removed all the old equipment, put in a new concrete pad, & installed all new equipment.
They started on schedule and finished when they said they would.
Bill from BJ's did a great job and is very professional as is everyone else there at BJs.
Bob (the owner of BJs) even found me a replacement for my outdated fiber optic light which had not worked in years and had been discontinued by the manufacturers for years as well. Talk about finding a needle in a haystack!
Thanks to all at BJs for the great job!

"The coupon was for 2 hours of electrical service, however the main technician upon arrival stated 2 hours for one person and 1 hour for 2 persons. The 2nd technician fixed the issue with the kitchen wall outlet and helped the main technician fix the ceiling fan and thermostat. During the installation of the thermostat the main technician advised me that the thermostat I purchase would not work because it needed to be battery operated thermostat, it needed to have 5 wires from the wall and I only had 4 wires coming from the wall. I went back to Home Depot and was advised that thermostats use batteries for the LCD display or battery backup and the thermostat I purchased should work fine. He said, the technician can call the 800 number on the package if they need installation instruction. I explained that information to the main technician, he claimed the thermostat I brought back was different. He then stated that I didn't have enough time to have the ceiling fan in the bedroom installed and if I wanted it installed I would have to pay an additional $125 to which I declined.
If they send 2 technician both should have the same experience and be able to work independently. That was not the case."

"The service provider was prompt, courteous and personable. Thoroughly explained what would be done to correct the leaky faucet. Was neat and clean in the work area and took care to ensure there were no gaps between the newly installed faucet and siding by applying additional chaulking. Entered the residence once to assess the scope of the repair and wore booties, without being prompted to do so, in order to protect my floors. I would use this company in the future and had such a positive experience with the assigned service technician, I would request him by name (Trai).

"The overall job went really well. Hector's guys were able to do remove and install a heavy cast iron tub in around three days. They resolved some minor complications that I expected would arise in a 1920s era bathroom. They then installed a new shower handle and fixed the tile surrounding the tile. Overall, the job was well done and at a reasonable price. I estimated the price of labor so you can compare apples to apples since I paid a price that included the tub and other materials. I gave a B on responsiveness only because it was hard to initially get in touch and schedule the initial appointment, which included a missed appointment. Otherwise, Hector is very responsive by email. I would recommend Hector and his crew to anyone doing home renovations.

"Crew came in and worked 12-14 hrs two days in a row and excavated, ran new lines, did pressure test and put everything back. Very happy with the price compared to some larger companies with excess overhead."

"We hired Walls to come out and move our hot water heater that was located in our laundry area to another location in preparation of an addition to my laundry room. In order to move the water heater an old water softener system would need to be removed and disposed of. The work was completed in one day and everything was cleaned up very nicely when they were done. Mark and Brian were extremely professional and friendly to work with."

"It took 6 weeks to get the appt after buying the "deal". I asked on the phone if it would be a good idea to remove old caulk around tub ahead of time ( so cleaning could cover all tile surface) . I was told it would, so I removed caulk. A miscommunication I suppose. Upon arrival it was explained that they use a pressure washer. Not only would tub surround need to be caulked but the perimeter of the room where tile surface meets floor would need caulk too. Options were to caulk myself and re-book appt. , sign a waiver accepting any water damage, or pay $125 to caulk and they could finish the job all at once. I decided to let them caulk. They didn't have the materials or tools to caulk so one went to Home Depot while one started cleaning. I was told the cleaning chemicals in the caulk gap didn't need to dry before caulking, hope that's true! Anyway, not a great start, but okay.
I hoped the finish product would have been better but that was just okay too. Grout color didn't really look much different after the cleaning. Fat bright white caulk line up the wall of the tub surround (that was previously grouted) looked terrible against the gray tile. I spoke up and he said he'd remove it and replace it with clear caulk. Unfortunately that didn't work out so one tub wall has white and one has clear caulk. Also some floors are white and some are clear. Toilet got caulked too and I wish it hadn't because we are replacing it soon. Sealant that was wiped over grout left clear schwissy haze marks all over the tile. I had to wipe off EVERY single tile to remove the haze. Caulk residue on tub needs to be scraped off. A little mud on floors and tub was left behind. Really nice people but end result did not meet my expectations."
