"Would be 5 stars based on the crew, but we had problems with the lead up to the job, which started 3 weeks late based on the salesman not understanding the scope of work and promising something that wasn't possible. The Friday before work was supposed to start, Gustavo (the supervisor) came to look at the job and let me know it would not be able to be accomplished the way we wanted. He worked with the Engineer (Scott) to figure out a way-ahead. Once the plumbers moved some interferences, the crew started. Eduardo (foreman) and his team (Jorge and Hector) did an expert job. They communicated each step of the way, were respectful of the inside of the house, took no shortcuts, and cleaned exceedingly well at the end of each day. These guys were top-notch! The best of the best! We were able to accomplish the first three of our goals: 1. Stabilize the house 2. Gain room in the basement. 3. Get lift to make the house [more] level. 4.
