Debbie was helpful with suggestions or advise when asked. Also, always professional, timely and cleaned up afterwards. I believe all labor charges were very reasonable."

I've given them an "A", because the washing job is what it's all about. On the downside, they were way behind schedule when they arrived, and Wes is not good at responding to email. "My family is fortunate to live close together so we figured we would try to knock out to birds with one stone. One house needed two new openers as the existing ones were 20 years old. The other just needed an adjustment to the door as I noticed once when the power was out the door was hard to lift and wouldn't stay up. I spoke to Amber in the office and she was happy to help us on both residences. Other people I had called wanted to charge me 2 service calls. Brian came out a knew just what to do the make the one door open easier at my place and was done in no time. We then went to my uncles house and started to replace the openers. I was surprised that he got done as fast as he did even adding new wiring for safety beams across both doors. 
This is a first class group I would not hesitate to call them for anything to do with openers or garage doors. 
In factafter these two jobs they also went to Alban Tire a family business recently and worked on several of the doors there.
All I can say is they are not the first person I have used for garage doors but they will be the only one I ever call again. I am tired of getting ripped off by others. This group is fair, friendly, and just a pleasure to work with.

"Outstanding! I highly recommend Andrew's for any garage door work. Our original equipment (over 12 years old) door and opener were noisy and troublesome since we moved in 3+ years ago. We had to adjust the sensor several times and recently the opener only worked intermittently. We discussed the problems after I bought the big deal and Andrew and team were prepared to solve all the problems when they arrived for the appointment. They replaced the opener head, rail, and main and remote controllers, adjusted the track, and checked the sensors. The installation went smoothly and they were professional from my initial call, throughout the installation, and on the follow-up. They took away all the replaced parts and cleaned up so well the only way we knew they were here was the different controllers.
