I interviewed three contractors for the job, all seem very decent, but what set Best Home apart was Jeff Segovia. He designed the whole layout of our basement (we love it) and oversaw the entire project from beginning to end. The construction crews were very polite and friendly. "We had a flood in our basement caused by a water main break. The water backed up from the meter into our finished basement. Zelaya construction repaired the concrete damaged by the water, repaired the wallboard in two rooms that had to be cut away, replaced 4 doors that were damaged, replaced trim in 3 rooms, painted the rooms and selected replacement carpet that matched the previous carpet exactly. Their work was meticulous and they made good suggestions for completing. They finished in the time frame estimated. All the workers were diligent and respectful. By the end of the project, I felt like they were family. I highly recommend this company."

Mr.Bret is the best contractor I have ever hired, as soon as we have explained our needs, they have compiled all our needs and came up with good ideas and design. The Electrical works are up to the county code standards. Bret is highly skilled in plumping tasks which includes replacing new shower pan, shower head, newer toilet and removed old tiles and installed new tiles. we are very pleased with his expertise in bathroom and basement remodeling. He has installed beautiful Berber carpets in the basement for a reasonable price. the look and feel of the carpet made the basement beautiful.
