I live up stairs so he had to carry equipment. He did and provided a great service. I rented one of his industrial fans to help dry the floor quicker. "They arrived on time, measured the floor areas to be cleaned, and gave me a final cost before starting the work. I pointed out stain areas, which they pretreated before cleaning. The carpets were clean and only damp when they finished and were completely dry within 24 hrs, as they promised. Two stains appeared after the carpets dried (1) in a heavy traffic area and (2) a new stain appeared in a bedroom. I called and left a message and the owner (Pete) called back in several hours. They returned at a convenient time for me to remove the stains. The first stain was removed with one followup, the 2nd stain required two return visits (each took only 10 min or so).
