"I spoke with Sal on the phone several times to ask questions and then to make arrangements for pick up. He answered all my questions and never once made me feel that he wasn't happy to do so. I wanted to get a new under pad for one of the carpets. He quoted me a price and said that he would send along a piece/sample for me to look at. Two very polite men arrived for the pick up exactly on time. I mean to the minute!! They showed me the sample pad, which I did not buy, as it did not suit my needs. Then picked up the two carpets. I did not have to lift a finger. They relayed my message to Sal, that I did not want to purchase the padding. When my carpets came back two weeks later, they looked great. I only wanted one of the carpets put back down. I had asked to see the other carpet and then have them wrap it until I was ready to put it back down after my renovations. They did exactly that without any complaints. Again they were very punctual about arriving with the clean carpets at the time we had set up. I only waited about 10 minutes max. I really appreciated this courtesy of being punctual. How often have you sat waiting for hours for a serviceman to arrive. Overall a very positive experience."

"We were extremely satisfied with the result.  Our floors look completely new.  They did a lot of repairs, replaced broken pieces, filled gaps, sanded old wood thoroughly, added new flooring in the closet, applied 2 coats of stain, 2 coats of Polyurethane.  They worked with my schedule. Father and son work together.  They are reliable and work extremely hard.  I highly recommend them.
