"The quote over the phone was easy enough. We virtually walked through my home and was given a quote for the upcoming weekend. When the time came, the gentleman that came out explained that I have three sets of stairs, not two. I explained to him that I walked through the operator (and realistically it's 2.5 flights.) He agreed to honor the quote. Now.. This was a pre move in cleaning. There was absolutely nothing in my house except a photo frame leaning up against a wall and blinds on all of the Windows, yet somehow they managed to break a set of blinds and the frame!!!! I honestly would not have cared if they had just told me, but they did not. Also, I am not 100% sure if vacuuming was covered, or needed because i had nice vacuum lines in my carpet before hand, but anything on the floor just got pushed to the side moulding, so I had to clean all of that up after."

"It was done very well. I have HEW steam clean my carpets every year before Thanksgiving. I know they are sanitized and all the coffee and wine spots are gone. They look so much better, and he gives us plastic booties to wear if we need to walk on them the first several hours."

Didn't like: Bathrooms/ shower door and shower tiles were not cleaned fully. Floor/surface under small mats/ runners were not touched. For eg. there's a runner near our foyer and it had some spilled milk stain under the edge of that on the hardwood floor (clearly visible).  It wasn't cleaned at all.  
All in all it was a fair effort .  Wish they paid attention to detail and not miss some glaring spots.

"While no one was in the office when I called, Pete responded quickly to the messages I left. He was pleasant to deal with and flexible in scheduling my appointment. I booked the first appointment of the day and was told that with a 7 a.m. start time, the cleaners should be at my home by 7:30. It turned out to be 8:00, which could have caused problems if I'd had somewhere else I needed to be, but was not a problem in this case. The cleaners were professional, quiet, and competent. I was told that there were some stains that were so deep they might not come out. While not invisible, they are much improved after cleaning. The other stains that were the impetus for getting the service are gone. The company has a $165 minimum charge for, I believe, 400 sq. ft. The square footage I had cleaned was very close to 400, and I was charged the minimum. The job was complete in less than an hour. The serviceman didn't offer any information after he was done, but he politely answered my questions. One quibble: the website claims that carpets will be dry in 6-8 hours, but I was told it would take 24. That's a big difference."
