I hate this company with every fiber of my being and will make sure that anyone that has a broken appliance will not use them. To top it off, their site is so screwed up that it give you an error trying to log back in. I ended up having to create THREE different accounts because every time I went to place a new order, it would not let me login and it would not send a password reset email. DON'T GET RIPPED OFF."

"Residential Heat Pump failure. Previously serviced by another company, Told would need to replace system. Called Phil for estimate, explained chronological history of failure. He listened, looked, checked and tested and identified the point of failure, Replaced that part from his truck and the system is running again as it should. Phil explained clearly as he worked, very informative, professional and personable. I highly recommend Philco Mechanical Services and will call on them for my seasonal inspection and service."

"Jesse was very responsive and performed a quick repair after a windstorm to prevent further damage while we were preparing for a full roof replacement. His proposal was very competitive and thorough. Jess kept us up to date on the schedule and when the team would be available to complete the work. They arrived around 7:30am, brought extra people and worked late to complete the full roof replacement in one day due to rain that was forecasted for overnight. This included ripping off all of the old shingles and tar paper, repairing some damaged sheathing, replacing all of the drip edge, tar paper, ice guard, and new architectual shingles. During the installation, the team accidentally dented one piece of the fascia and Jesse replaced it at no cost immediately.
