I can only review the beauty of his work on the outside and unable to review the installation of the new shower pan with proper water sealing. I can only have faith and hope the leak does not rear its ugly head. The entire job was executed without much disturbance and mess. The cost relative to the work performed and the time it took was exceptional! I would recommend Ancelmo to any future customer, and would hire again myself!"

"The tile in the bathroom looks great... so far. Jose also replaced a kitchen sink faucet and connections. Because he was also handling the plumbing connections in the bathroom, this seemed like something that should be in his wheelhouse. Well, 3 months later the kitchen sink had a serious leak and I had to have everything don again, and he charged $300 to unhook the faucet and reinstall in and two hoses. I could have done this myself, but was not nearby to do so. I thought he had done a good job, but since such a simple repair was a total failure, now I have to wonder what other surprises might pop up in the quality of his work, which cost about $7k in labor alone. Not feeling confident at this moment."

"Juan was available within a few days of calling to meet me at the residence to go over the scope of work needed. This included removing and replacing rotted soffit and fascia board, power washing, prep, and painting of entire exterior of wood siding and replaced woodwork. Was very reasonably priced and started the work within a couple of days. Additional scope of work was added due to unexpected wood rot but Juan was also reasonable with additional costs. We also agreed to add new gutter & downspouts. The quality of work throughout was outstanding. Since I didn't live there, Juan would periodically text me photos of the work as it progressed. Finished the work within a few weeks as discussed and very pleased with the job."
