Hired Stagnum to tear down a small shed and place a 10x8 concrete slab. They did a great job. Very professional. Project completed in two days without and problems. Cleaned up afterwards.

Jovic and his team winterized our pool. They came to see the pool, explained what they would do, helped us understand a Fairfax notification, and gave us a reasonable price. His team was flexible, allowing several closing date changes with no complaint. They communicated well. The three member team was very nice and professional. They came at the time I asked for (1-3 pm), rang the bell under the carport as asked, and waited for me, in contrast to other pool companies (Beltway, American) which had just charged into the backyard without permission. They asked courteously where to put water discharge; explained to us why they put the antifreeze in with the bottle, and told us they had the plugs in the pump for the winter so we would not lose them. They kindly answered questions, cleaned our pool carefully and thoroughly, and put the pool cover on completely, making sure all the anchors for it were properly attached. We were very happy and will use them again! Highly recommend!

Very pleased with the amazing level of commitment and focus on customer satisfaction vs just providing service and billing. My pool turned green and failed to recover. They stayed on it, applying four different approaches till the problem was resolved. Didn t even bill me extra.

He spent time on a motor, took it apart and fixed it without charging me, he provided parts and seals and did not charge me, and he showed me things that the firm that closed the pool missed. Jay was phenomenal! I am a first time pool owner and he walked me through ALL of the equipment and pool gear and how to use it. The main thing that stood out was A. His knowledge and B. He told me how to do everything so that I didn t have to pay him to come back to fix things. He took longer with me even though I paid for 1 hr of his time. He also told me to call him on his cell phone anytime if I get stuck or have a question and he will walk me through it. I would absolutely hands down recommend him to anyone looking for either pool installs or maintenance. He does it all!

I cannot express with words how amazing Jay and his crew are. When they are on the job you get nothing less than professionalism. They treat each project like if it's their own home. You can see how amazing they are and how much they love to help people out. I cannot express enough gratitude and appreciation to these men and how professional they are. I am a first time home owner and I was nervous buying a home with a pool but Jay immediately put my worries to rest. I would recommend them for any and every project that I would ever have because they don't just take care of pools. I will be using them in all future projects that I have in my home. Jay & Miloch were very professional on the closing of my pool. They were actually here early for the appointment which never happens. It is nice to see they took time to talk to you & be very friendly. Jay game me pointers on how to maintain my pool & suggestions on how to fix certain issues that I have which was very helpful. I will certainly use them for future projects on my pool & highly recommend them to anyone who has a pool that needs fixing or to open/close a pool.
