Tests went fine Had low level of normal mold..non toxic. Then they cleaned and sealed areas. One area required removing sheet rock, sealing and reinstalling new waterproof Sheetrock and molding. Looks great.

Watch out for them doing an inspection for free. Nothing is ever free, They will give you their opinion if tiles and glue are asbestos or not. If you want them tested to find out for sure it will be $250. Look on line and do it yourself. I should have known better.
