Mario was very efficient getting my floor tile and sealer tested. The tile came back positive, but the sealer showed no trace of asbestos. But when he gave me an estimate to remove the asbestos tile from my home, his estimate was about $6,000 more than the other 2 companies estimated. Very strange. He also told me the job would take several days so that we would have to stay in a hotel. The company I hired removed the tile in 3 hours.

I was charged $2,340 for the mold remediation and replacement of about 10 tiles. Although we agreed on re-caulking of shower and I understood re-grouting it was not carried out completely at a charge of $1,000 extra. The rep although courteous at first became argumentative. I was not on site and relied on my tenant for feedback. I am also due a reimbursement for my initial payment to you of $158 as the pro came to my premises and left without completing the job as well as some of my door hardware in the bathroom.

"We went back and completed the re-caulking of the shower. Nothing about credit was ever brought to my attention nor anything about missing door hardware. This client was difficult from the beginning and the tenants explained that she had a history of not paying contractors and always looking for any reason to get out of paying. Would definitely not work for this person again."

The owner came out and did a complete inspection and did not discover any mold. He recommended cleaning the duct work in my house and there was no high pressure sales.
