Sam came as requested, took measurements, provided some good design ideas, and gave us a competitive quote. He was responsive when we wanted to make small tweaks during the installation and expertly placed the center piece over the stove. Only thing we felt could be better was the grouting. It felt rushed and there are a couple uneven spots on close inspection but nothing that really stands out. Overall, great job and would hire again."
