he said my toilets were flushing just fine and he told me I have the old toilets with only 2 inches that go down and the new ones are three and I could buy them at Lowe’s. I was shocked when he didn’t charge me. I will definitely use upfront again. I think that it’s a First honest Plumer air conditioner guy I have ever had come to my house, they always try to rip you off. The last guy that came and looked at my air conditioner. He got me for $550 to clean it. I was amazed the upfront did not charge me anything

Incredible Service. After several weeks of itchy skin, we realized our water softener wasn't working. Upfront was one of the companies we called. I appreciated the fact that they were in contact with us through the entire process. DJ was the plumber that came out. I appreciated before coming into our house he took the. time to put on protective booties. It only took him 30 seconds to figure out that the valves to the water softener had been turned to the off position. Apparently when our water heater had gone out, the plumber who came out to do the repair had neglected to turn them back on (that plumber was not from Upfront). While it would have been easy enough to leave then, DJ took the time to run additional tests to confirm that may have been the issue. At this point it appears that was the issue. DJ's service didn't stop there. In addition, he gave me pointers on how to prolong the life of our water heater. Lastly, on case there were further issues with the softener, I requested a bid. It was promptly delivered to me within 10 minutes. Better yet, Upfront's price was $1,000.00 less than that from another company. While it seems we may not need a water softener at this time, I do know that going forward, any plumbing issues I have, Upfront Plumbing will be on my speed-dial.

Excellent work by Rhett, definitely use him and Upfront again!! Rhett was very reasonable priced, went the extra mile to help us with our detailed and complex plumbing situation as a couple things went wrong but he seemed to always have the fix without price gouging us like the other plumbing companies seem to do. We will recommend Rhett and Upfront to all our friends, family and clients as my wife and I both our own businesses and have a lot of regular clients ourselves!

Upfront plumbing is Amazing! I had a slow drain in my bathroom sink that I’ve been dealing with for months. Justin came and was in and out in no time! So kind and respectful as well.
