"Some of the work he did was fine. He had delays on the big work we contracted - requested partial payments as work was completed. Does not know the difference between trimming and shaping a fruit tree vs. a shade tree. Basically destroyed our lovely old cherry tree. Disrespectful when I complained. We will see if our cherry tree comes back in the spring - otherwise, sadly, it will have to be removed."
