"The plumber came and accessed the situation, problem stems from shared drains with neighbors in my condo. There was no clogged drain at the time he came, it had cleared out. We visited another neighbor above me to see if they were having any problems. None there, he suggested that we wait until the problem came back, he gave me his card & told me to call him, take pictures & then he would be able to find out where the problem was. This seems to be a problem that has been existing for a long time. Thank you."

"We have had Manwill out to our home in Draper several times over the last 8 years or so, for furnace and plumbing repair work. This most recent time was to repair a bathtub faucet, repair a leaking ac/furnace drain, and replace a 50 gal water heater that was 19 years old and starting to leak badly.
