"As I was leaving for work the garage door would not open. At 6:30 in the morning, we were able to contact Precision Garage Door and schedule a technician to come out the same day. The technician, Trenton Brown, was able to come in and walk me through what was damaged and in need of repair and was upfront with the costs of repair and replacement. Once he was finished with the repair and replacement, he then showed me the how to process, step by step on how to use the new opener.
