I told him our plans and asked if he thought the estimate our insurance gave us was accurate. He assessed the situation and immediately recommend we *not* use his services because he could see that our insurance company was lowballing the estimate. Before doing any remodeling, he said, what we needed was a public insurance adjuster to help us battle with insurance, because a bathroom couldn't be rebuilt for the amount insurance was saying. He knew this because before he was a contractor, he worked as an insurance adjuster."

"Legacy Ridge Exteriors really did a great job for us replacing our windows, we got quotes from 5 different places and chose Legacy Ridge because it really seemed like they were the experts and they gave us a great deal, they were not the cheapest or the most expensive, but I would definitely say they were the best value for what we were getting in the quality of the windows and the expertise of the installation. The installers, Britt and Riley, did an amazing job and took good care of our home and did a great job cleaning up once they were all done, way better than other contractor experiences we've had before.
