I told him our plans and asked if he thought the estimate our insurance gave us was accurate. He assessed the situation and immediately recommend we *not* use his services because he could see that our insurance company was lowballing the estimate. Before doing any remodeling, he said, what we needed was a public insurance adjuster to help us battle with insurance, because a bathroom couldn't be rebuilt for the amount insurance was saying.
