This was the worst company we have ever dealt with. The customer service line is a joke. We waited weeks for installation. They broke a window while installing it and trying to have a second install done was a nightmare. Trying to get anything done through the customer service line was very frustrating. We documented lies, delays and cancellations on their part. Avoid this company!

Sliding door repair was the only choice this site allowed me to make. We had 1-800-HANSONS install windows a few years ago. There were problems. The work done this week was the HANSON'S company repairing and fixing the problems. The men that came this time were newer to the company. They apologized for the original installers and said that they no longer work for HANSON'S. These men were friendly, courteous, and really knew what to do. They went out of their way to help me and to make things right.

Hard workers, great quality material. Showed up on time. Cleaned up the area well once the job was done.

They are very friendly and knowledgeable and take care of everything that I have asked. Did a very good job.

Work was done in a timely fashion, the only small delay requiring them to return was due to weather. Installers were knowledgeable and friendly. They cleaned up everything properly when they were done.

Too expensive.

The process takes too long.The work and the quality of material was excellent.The job was performed in one day, it took two month for the process. The worker was very professional,great job guys.

Overall, good value for the money, some unavoidable weather delays, a couple of mid-measured window delays, issue with door wall install but they provided timely service.

Efficient and organized

Took about three weeks to install from signing papers to getting the gutters put in. Received several phone calls throughout the process and after the install. People on the phone were very nice and helpful. The guys who did the install were friendly and quick. They cleaned up after themselves and answered all of my questions. Reliable company and would use them again.

What work that was completed was not the same as the statement of work that was agreed soon.

Bradley Case was the salesman who had come out to speak to me about the work I need to have done with my roof. I was impressed by his presentation, his professionalism and the thing that really sold me was the lifetime guarantee. I had done my homework on this company before contacting them but he really sealed the deal! It will be at least six more weeks before they can come out, but it will be done before our Michigan winter kicks into high gear and I am confident that the roof being installed is the highest quality material being installed by professionals.

I hired Hansons to replace my gutters, the price was very fair and the Hansons workers was very friendly and professional, my gutters look great. I would recommend Hansons to everybody needing a home improvement project.

We are happy with the windows and the installers did a great job. We actually have more windows to replace and we will contact Hansons to do the work.
