"It turned out to be a difficult job with problems to overcome. A 3-4 hour job turned into a 10 hour job, but the price only increased by the expected material costs. "The installers were great. The salesperson made promises that he did not keep and he missed a window. When the person came to measure he also didn’t catch that I was having all my windows done except one. The windows look great. The response when I notified the co that one window was missed was very fast but added to my cost."
