5 Star Windows and Doors

I first called in late June, got a quote, and completed the paperwork the same day. It took a while for someone to come measure, but when he did, he was polite and efficient. After that, communication was poor?I had to call for updates multiple times, and when I was told I would get a call back, it never happened. My install was scheduled for August 1st. I took time off work and waited during the scheduled window (9:30?10:30), but no one showed up. When I called, I was told the scheduler was out sick and the crew had a flat tire. I?m not sure when or if I would have been notified if I hadn?t called. They asked to reschedule for the next morning, but again showed up late, at 10:20, and the crew seemed unfamiliar with my job. They called the day after, couldn't answer my question about when the check would be cashed, and AGAIN did not call back as promised. Unprofessional and bad communication all around.

We love our windows. We had a mix up but they made it right. Our installer Brit was amazing and he went the extra mile to make two of the windows on our 100+ year old home work. They are beautiful.

I cannot speak highly enough of 5 Star Kitchen and Bath. From the moment we engaged with them the experience was nothing short of exceptional. He made multiple trips to our home to oversee the project's progress and ensure everything was done correctly. His attention to detail and commitment to excellence were evident throughout. The communication from their office was outstanding. They kept us informed at every stage, ensuring that we were never left in the dark about the project's status. This level of transparency and consistent updates greatly contributed to our peace of mind. The entire team of installers and workers were not only highly skilled but also incredibly respectful and kind. Their professionalism shone through, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable. When it came time to settle the bill we were more than happy to do so. The final outcome surpassed our expectations, delivering precisely what we had envisioned, if not better. Overall, 5 Star Kitchen and Bath deserves every bit of their name. Their commitment to quality work, exceptional communication, and dedicated team make them a standout choice for any renovation project. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone seeking a seamless and top-notch experience. Five stars across the board!

They're handyman workers, they're nice people but not professional installers. The work was low class and not worth the money! I would not recommend them! The quality of work they do is just not good. I still have stuff that needs to be corrected 6 months later.. And I really don't want them back!

Communication was bad, quality is worse I would have been better off learning from youtube and doing it myself. Overpriced for cheap materials used.when the ceiling flooded below from improper drain install it took weeks to get someone to repair the ceiling drywall and a few days to get the drain fixed in my 1 bath condo. Didnâ t fix all of it just the initially visible water damaged as the water ran along the drywall seems creating bubbles or cracks I should have gone after them for this as my leather couch also got water damage and drywall debris but the hassle wasnâ t worth fixing myself. Have them now 4 years later spamming me with calls 4 days a week in guessing phishing for positive reviews. If you plan on using them take their quote cut it in half and bring your own materials. And have insurance/ labor contract standards written in

Kim was very helpful at creating drawings and very patient as we picked out different options as there are many when choosing a kitchen and bathroom. Fun to work with and made the process enjoyable

I meant to write this review months ago, but I didn't find where I put their business card until recently! David Adamson came to give a quote on our bathroom that had water damage. I told him our plans and asked if he thought the estimate our insurance gave us was accurate. He assessed the situation and immediately recommend we *not* use his services because he could see that our insurance company was lowballing the estimate. Before doing any remodeling, he said, what we needed was a public insurance adjuster to help us battle with insurance, because a bathroom couldn't be rebuilt for the amount insurance was saying. He knew this because before he was a contractor, he worked as an insurance adjuster.

Working with 5 Star has been a wonderful experience. The team finished my bathroom remodel on time and did a fabulous job. They kept their workspace clean and communicated effectively. Huge shout out to all the guys that helped out. Ethan, Jose, Ethan (yes, 2), Enrique, Lazaro, Froylan, Bredy, Brady, Ben And Austin. Great team to work with. Very professional. I would highly recommend 5 Star.

I am incredibly impressed with 5 Star Kitchen and Bath. We had a leak in our shower, and were unable to simply repair the leak without ripping out a whole bunch of stuff. We decided to go ahead and update the bathroom and went with 5 Star. Kim was excellent in helping us design a bathroom that kept our current footprint. I am going to tell you it was quite expensive, (I'm still struggling with the cost of it, but it's part of life now I suppose) but you definitely get what you pay for. Ethan, Brady, Ron, Ben, and Austin did an excellent job. Communication in a job like this is key for a concerned homeowner, and these gentlemen always let me know what was happening and answered any questions I had. To be able to have one contact person and our new bathroom almost compete (waiting on custom shower glass!) in under two weeks has been amazing. I looked into doing the bathroom myself, but there was no way I had the contacts - or time - to go with a bunch of general contractors, plumbers, electrical, tile people, etc. Having one group complete the entire bathroom was so wonderful. I was comfortable having them in my home, and they cleaned up every day before they left. They even took care of my dog when she got a little clingy due to a thunderstorm. I would definitely recommend 5 Star to anyone.

Tim was excellent. He explained every detail perfectly. We just at the planning stage right now but we can already tell the remodel will be done with the utmost attention to detail. He was very careful to make sure what we wanted was up to code which wasnâ t always the case with other companiesâ estimates. We very happy with the materials, both the quality and the look. He always gave the pros and cons of the different materials and the price differences which helped us make an informed decision. Weâ ll update this review when the project is complete.

I am absolutely thrilled with the bathroom remodel! The process was seamless and the team that handled the remodel was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. The new fixtures and finishes give the space a modern and updated look that completely transforms the feel of the room. It is calming and spa-like. The installation, by Coleton and Breydan, was done with great attention to detail, ensuring that everything was perfectly aligned and installed correctly. The team also kept the area clean and tidy throughout the entire process, which I really appreciated. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the quality of work that was done and the level of service that was provided. My bathroom will be a place where I can relax and unwind (once I finish the painting), and it's all thanks to the excellent work of the team that handled the remodel. Just finished the second meeting with Tim Wagaman about the design and materials for our kitchen remodel. He is very professional and very knowledgeable in helping us decide all the details needed to have the best remodel possible. We are excited to continue the process and we're looking forward to the end result. Unlike other companies, Tim was very responsive in making and keeping the appointments and giving us quotes and I expect the same to continue throughout the project.
