He gave me a bid and kept to it. He didn't expect money until the job was complete. And on top of it all, he did an excellent job installing doors, trim and baseboards. Before doing any remodeling, he said, what we needed was a public insurance adjuster to help us battle with insurance, because a bathroom couldn't be rebuilt for the amount insurance was saying. He knew this because before he was a contractor, he worked as an insurance adjuster."

When the person came to measure he also didn’t catch that I was having all my windows done except one. The windows look great. The response when I notified the co that one window was missed was very fast but added to my cost."
