I’m home alone with three kids getting bullied by a plumber at Roto-Rooter. Several hours their sister restoration company called me and said the state was concerned with my flooding and mold from my recent need of a hose bib. Our basement didn’t flood and this company tried to represent themselves as the state! I did get the job done by a certified plumber from ACE, total cost $275.00. So...Roto-Rooter upbid by $500.00 and harassed me. Don’t be this companies next mark, they are crooks!"

YES HVAC simply did not inform me of the company rebate program; instead, they just took the money from me without my knowledge. I eventually found out about the rebate later when I replaced the second full system in our house. Obviously I went with another more transparent/honest company the second go around. When I discussed the situation with YES management (even providing them with the written proof from Carrier Company of the rebate program), I still have heard nothing further from YES. My suggestion is to go with the competition rather than YES HVAC; it cost me a $2,500 rebate, what will they scam you out of?"

When the city came to inspect what they dug up it failed because they didn?t have what the city needed. I backed out of my basement walkout because this contractor does not have the proper knowledge or resources to figure out what the city needs. They consistently gave me inaccurate information. I knew it was a red flag when they showed up 4 hours late to my original consultation. I regret hiring them and I suggest looking into other options if you live in west valley and want to hire these people. They?re unaware of what the city requires. "
