"Ryan did a great job. He bid everything and stuck to what he told me the price would be. It was very refreshing to get a follow up call to make sure I was happy with everything. He did not require I pay part up front. I really like that option as often times when that happens you become stuck with who you are working with even if they are horrible. He pointed out some things that I did not notice and took care of them in the price. He also told me that he could warranty the furnace that was installed by another company.  The past company that installed my furnace (two weeks prior) did not have it even to code. He brought it up to code for me. I also called around looking at hot water heaters and found if I bought one from Lowes or Home Depot it would be less and just have someone install it at the home. After talking with him I wish I would have found him first. He could have bought it and installed the hot water heater for just what I paid. He did a great job. I will use him in the future for any other projects I have."

"I recently began renting my home through a management company. When the AC stopped working I had my management company contact an AC company, and they chose Expert. Expert quoted $4000 to replace the AC. I then found another AC company myself (Humphrey) for a second opinion. Humphrey was able to fix the AC simply by changing the capacitor and fuse. Expert either 1) didn't bother to even look at it because the work order was coming from a management company and figured they paid whatever, or 2) did a really poor job diagnosing the problem. Either way, neither is favorable. My lesson learned as a new landlord--always find a repair company yourself."

"I was very specific at the start of this project with what I wanted and had several pages of ideas and photos in mind to give Dan for him to bid with. All of my ideas were discussed prior to the project and Dan was able to accommodate everything I wanted. I can say with 100% certainty that the kitchen I got turned out better than what I hoped for. Dan's finish work was exceptional, and many pieces were cut to fit on site and painted like cabinet trim, baseboards, and side paneling to fit perfectly in place. Dan has been the best communicating contractor I have ever hired, and he was very punctual. "Mr. Green quickly returned my phone call and arranged to meet with me the next day. He talked about people's desire to save money, although I didn't express that. I chose not to have him do the work since his solution for addressing the badly deteriorated brick on one chimney was to coat it with epoxy. After talking with other contractors this did not seem to be the best solution."
