"Did Chimney sweep. Job was fine, professional and cleaned up after job. Issue was the quote and the work done. Quoted on text $249 to $499. I assumed lower quote is for an easy job, the 499 for something out of the ordinary. My job was easy, they were in and out in 20 minutes. I was not there, but my wife was and did not know anything, just said yes to $399. What in gods name would they do for their $249 quote ? I think they took advantage of my wife. I would not of hired them for $400. better cheaper options. Beware"

"All the work we have had done at our home by AB RICHARDS PROFESSIONALS through the last 6 years has been absolutely top notch. Our most recent visit from their team was for chimney and fireplace cleaning at which they did a wonderful job. Our chimneys are very tall and our main fireplace hearth is massive. We don't know if the previous owners of our home ever had a professional chimney sweeping done, but we are confident to know that all is safe and as clean as possible for when it is allowable in our county to enjoy a wood fire. Over the last 6 years, AB Richards has also done excellent interior and exterior window cleaning for us, meticulous gutter cleaning, and heavy ivy trimming/removal from our home. Our house is quite tall, so those jobs are challenging, requiring extension ladders, expert equipment and experts to get them done right. The AB Richards Professionals team has always delivered.
