"I recently began renting my home through a management company. When the AC stopped working I had my management company contact an AC company, and they chose Expert. Expert quoted $4000 to replace the AC. I then found another AC company myself (Humphrey) for a second opinion. Humphrey was able to fix the AC simply by changing the capacitor and fuse. Expert either 1) didn't bother to even look at it because the work order was coming from a management company and figured they paid whatever, or 2) did a really poor job diagnosing the problem. Either way, neither is favorable. My lesson learned as a new landlord--always find a repair company yourself."

"Mr. Green quickly returned my phone call and arranged to meet with me the next day. He talked about people's desire to save money, although I didn't express that. I chose not to have him do the work since his solution for addressing the badly deteriorated brick on one chimney was to coat it with epoxy. After talking with other contractors this did not seem to be the best solution."

He was professional and knowledgeable and his crew (led by James) did a wonderful job! They were able to perfectly match the color of my stucco and completed the job in a timely manner. They were also very good about cleaning up when they were finished. I would definitely hire them again and would recommend this company to others needing stucco repair."
