I felt very comfortable calling John or Mick with any questions. In this process, I called John multiple times, got multiple quotes with different slabs from him, and worked through several complicated issues. If something was confusing in an invoice, I called and John would fix it. I picked my slab out at Arizona tile and was able to schedule an installation date within 2-3 weeks. After having terrible experiences with countertop installations in the past, this was awesome. I could tell they take pride in their work. They were straightforward and gave me clear expectations. They had an issue getting the right brackets but they just took care of it and got the job done. I didn't feel like I was getting sold. Just honest hard work. My counters are so beautiful. I'm thrilled."

Because of the travel time from American Fork to Park City the cost was a little more than I wanted to spend but I was able to get the job done promptly and in a professional manner to complete my entire kitchen project."
