Not only did he show up, but we had a bid before he left the house. As part of their service you receive very clear communications - estimates, work orders / change orders, notifications and reminders for appointments / scheduling, etc. Every person that was assigned to our job from delivery to demo to install showed up on time and left our home (a.k.a. a total construction zone) cleaned-up after each day. Both Achilles, who did the tile and Pedro, who did the wood flooring were total pros and did high-quality work.
