Had some complications with scheduling but overall it was communicated well and the repairs got taken care of. Bryan was great in making sure needs were met and presenting options, not just giving the highest quote possible. We'll be using Candland when it's time for a full tear off and replace in a few years.

Bryan came out and the roof was done in under a week from our initial call. He gave us options, did a thorough inspection and his team had a great vibe about them and worked hard to install our roof. One day to remove and one day to install. Best customer service ever and even fixed a gutter issue at no cost.

Besides tearing off the old roofing and installing new roofing on the house, Bryan Candland installed new gutters on the back. Among our greatest concerns was the porch over our patio. Bryan came up with a great solution to stabilize the structure and enclosed the underside with ventilated soffit. We've been overjoyed with the quality of work and the services given. The evening after the roofing was installed, we discovered debris in the basement below the vents that went up to the roof from the water heater and furnace. We called Bryan about 9:15pm and he was here within an hour. He picked up two carbon monoxide detectors (our expired one had not been replaced yet) and installed them for us. He made sure the vent pipes were not connected properly, put everything as it should be and cleaned up the debris! He wouldn't go home until everything was right and he was certain that we were safe which meant he was here late at night for two hours. We were surprised by how much he really cares! He made sure we were satisfied with all the work before he considered it done. We know we can trust him to do good quality work. He's great to work with because he works hard and values people. He gives real value for the dollars we spend. He aims to please!!! And he does!!!

Bryan ( Candland Roofing-Construction ) was excellent to with. Bryan is very knowledgeable about every aspect of the residential roof system and performed detailed inspections/oversight all thru the work. The work crew was very skilled, worked very hard and was pleasant to interact with. Sometimes roofers can be rather gruff, but not these workers. Bryan was very courteous, answered all of my questions, made recommendations and adjustments as necessary. Bryan followed thru with all paperwork ( warranties, contract etal. ). My new roof looks great, the home is cooler, and the neighbors like the look ( Owens Corning Duration ) . Highly recommend this company for your roof replacement !

In the winter time while I was running electrical I noticed a leak in my roof and some damage. Told Bryan about the leak and he was quick to come and look at it. I was just expecting him to give me a quote on fixing it. He fixed it right away and made sure I was taken care of for the winter. Few months later I decided I really needed a new roof, he was quick and efficient on getting me a quote and helped me claim a good portion of it through my insurance. I didn’t even know insurance claim would be an option. But with the storm damage from previous fall he assured me that was an option. He was quick an efficient getting the job, not only getting it done but you can tell he takes pride in his work and makes sure ever detail is taken care of to make it better and look better. 10 out of 10 I would highly recommend going through Candland construction & Roofing LLC.

Perfect example of professionalism

I hired Bryan's company, Candland Construction, to repair fascia and soffit on my 1950's single family. While the project was not easy, Bryan made the effort to solve some of the problems. He has a great network of other contractors who are able to accomplish a lot of quality work in a short reasonable amount of time. While I still have some things to sort out and some decisions to make, I have to give credit where it is due - the guy showed up on the day we had earthquakes when everyone else bailed.

He was so easy to work with even though we have some weird requests. He was able to give us a price and stuck to it. We had tried using someone else and they left us in the lurch but Bryan really came to the rescue for us and I couldn't appreciate his honesty and hard work more! I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone looking to fix their roof, he did such a good job even in the middle of the winter!

After being in construction for 30 years, and then a commercial maintenance tech for another two years, disability got the best of me. I could not do this roof repair myself. We called and emailed several companies, but nobody came. Then we found Bryan, of Candland Const. Just when we were about to give up ALL hope of someone that could do the job, Bryan came to the rescue! My goodness...after the initial phone call, he was knocking on the door. Two minutes (maybe) later, he was on the roof figuring the best possible route, and making a plan of attack. After consulting with this very sharp, knowledgeable person, he was at our home the very next day loaded with the equipment and materials needed to give me peace of mind, and put them directly to use. It was getting dark, but that did not stop him! He really didn't want, or desire to stop working until he felt comfortable in doing so- a rare find these days!! Bryan, of Candland Construction, is by far, the "Go-To" man of the year! He took the grief and despair, and the worries right off our shoulders. Like I said- and I absolutely know- it is very rare these days to find such an honest, hard worker. I do know what I'm talking about. I must find much more for him to do around here. I will also tell others that they need 'shop' no further, Bryan owns a certain magic that I thought was lost and gone forever! I'm not sure at this point, if my family and I can thank Bryan enough for his outstanding efforts to achieve what he has done for us. One more item I must mention...you will be hard pressed to find a better price that fits any budget, and I know, again, what I'm talking about here too!
