"As I was leaving for work the garage door would not open. At 6:30 in the morning, we were able to contact Precision Garage Door and schedule a technician to come out the same day. The technician, Trenton Brown, was able to come in and walk me through what was damaged and in need of repair and was upfront with the costs of repair and replacement. Once he was finished with the repair and replacement, he then showed me the how to process, step by step on how to use the new opener. He and Precision Garage provided excellent service in a timely and kind manner in addressing this urgent need for us. We will be a repeat customer."

Well, that time was several months ago. I had them install a new insulated door with LiftMaster hardware. Josh helped me with the selection to find just the right model door (with glass panels). The ordering and installation went smoothly. Recently, I thought one of the tracks needed adjustment so I call D C and received prompt, cheerful service. Problem solved within about 10-minutes. I am very satisfied with the products and the work and would call upon D C again without hesitation."
