"As often happens my kitchen sink replacement started stacking up potential issues. The techs were very professional, keeping me informed of the potential issues and letting me know what they intended to do. Ultimately they would not give up and ended up making everything way better than I thought it could be. I even ended up with almost double the under kitchen sink space. "Gas water heater finally went out and we wanted to get a quote for replacing 40 gal with 50 gal and also switching to a gas tankless. I found 4 service providers on Angi last niggt and got estimates from all 4 this morning. Trent with Neon Plumbing and Air was the 4th estimate and without question I’m glad we went with Neon! Trent was very knowledgeable, informative, attentive to detail and explained pros and cons for both types and very transparent about everything. He was able to get all supplies today and come back in about 90 minutes and completely take out old tank and install new Navien tankless water heater including updated to code plumbing and exhaust vent. I highly highly recommend Neon to anyone considering any kind of heating, air or water service and ask for Trent if possible!"
