The technician, Trenton Brown, was able to come in and walk me through what was damaged and in need of repair and was upfront with the costs of repair and replacement. Once he was finished with the repair and replacement, he then showed me the how to process, step by step on how to use the new opener. He and Precision Garage provided excellent service in a timely and kind manner in addressing this urgent need for us. We will be a repeat customer."
