He was very professional and nice and explained to me clearly all of the things he found wrong with my furnace, some water related and some due to the age of my furnace. I got a cost quote for everything and only decided to pay what I could get the insurance to cover (circuit board replacement and a furnace tune up and cleaning) since the furnace is very old. The costs he provided me were on the high end, which can be expected if you call a contractor to your house, but the work was performed the same day and I'm happy with the end result. I plan to fix the rest of the issues my insurance will not pay for myself since paying them $205.00 to replace a $20.00 Igniter that is held on by one screw in a housing and connects with a snap together connection seemed a little ridiculous."
