He was able to save us 15k through certain design choices! He is definitely the guy to go to to get the job done. The house looks amazing and have been in it for almost 4 months now and we love it."

"This company did a 900 square foot addition and remodeled our kitchen. The addition was behind schedule close to 90 days, the way the house was built has cause a moisture problem that has never been addressed, part of the issue is faulty windows were installed and neither RPM or the installer will respond or address the issue. HVAC point to the window guy, the window guy blames the HVAC guy and RPM shrugs with no solutions. As a result we have had to order new windows and deal with peeling paint in the bathroom of the addition. While this sounds bad, I dare say it is worse, the roof leaks, the finish work on the kitchen cabinets in the addition has 1/8 and 1/4 gaps that were never properly finished. The kitchen remodel has been â finishedâ for over a year and the cut list and warranty work is still not complete. The baseboard joints are awful and the paint looks like a 12 year old did it. The back splash has dark blotches in the grout and when they installed the $3000 double oven they scratched it in several places and didnâ t mention anything (I waited 9 months for delivery so we just have to live with it). Jeremy and Don are not bad people, they just do not have the ability to close out a project. The 12 month warranty is nothing more than an empty promise. I really wanted to give them a positive review, but now I feel I have to warn anyone that will listen. Over the last 2 years we have paid this company over $200,000 and the quality of work, follow through, and empty promises have been too much. Donâ t waste your time or money, they will promise you the world and cash your check, thatâ s all that I can assure you will happen."

They did an exceptional job (I didn't know a roof could actually look BEAUTIFUL but I think ours does!), they were timely and fit us in quickly even though I know they have a lot of other projects, they were professional and easy to communicate with. "Ted started out ok and was tasked to come in and clean up a previous contractor's mess. We went over the scope of the work that was left to finish and he stated his rate was high but does good work. He definitely has his thoughts on how he wants your project to look and later admitted to us he is very stubborn. The project was moving along ok, until we started questioning some of his decisions and options for our project, that is when things turned and apparently he didn't like our opinions on our own house. After coming by to collect a large check in the middle of a half completed siding job and the start of some painting, Ted stopped showing up and would not answer calls. Finally I received a message that he will not be doing anymore work for us. We put up with a lot of his pushiness along the way and just wanted him to finish what he started, but he refused. I guess he can dish it out but can't take it."
