Tom and his project manager, Jordan, offered many suggestions that made the finished product superior to our vision and more complete. The work will enhance our home for years to come. The subs who provided the framing, sheetrock, and mudding were friendly and excellent; they even could be called perfectionists. I must note that the owner has a full-time job and this is a side business. This fact actually worked to our advantage. Tom and Jordan would work evenings and weekends to complete our job. Their schedule was perfect for us because we did not have to take time off work. The owner operates a fair and ethical business. "We're extremely happy with the apartment built into our unfinished basement. Kami and Carlos have worked in the industry for years, but are finally starting out on their own. They know so many specialists and are great at coordinating everything you need; plumbers, electricians, framers, drywallers, and more. Their prices are comparable to less capable builders, and they're very good and keeping in touch about pricing and make sure to get your input before buying product or confirming any workers. They let me bring in my own design choices and a few pieces we wanted to use from a previous update like the sinks, cabinets, and some tile, and even worked with us on price by letting us do some of our own painting. If there were one thing that would have improved the project it would have been a clear design plan with blueprints that all the crew could work from together, but we were flexible and were able to be on-site and review every step of the build and make changes as they came up. I understand that updating and changing blueprints and getting approval of each change would extend deadlines by days, which is why our job was done in record time, and that was more important to us than the blueprints. We weren't micro-managers, and were fine to let Kami and Carlos run their crews and only call us in if there were any questions or decisions to be made."

"I waited a couple of years to write this review. John assured me but I wanted to test his guarantee. Our driveway and RV pad DID NOT crack at all. Very professional and quick install. Great people to talk to. John did exactly what I asked as this was a little unusual to install. I would recommend John for any project. These guy is great! The day of the pour, John and his crew looked like a compete NFL team of linebackers. BIG GUYS that never stopped until it was done. John even came back that night because it started to rain and made sure the new concrete was covered. Attention to details is a quality that isn't taught. That's something you are born with."

"The renovation went very smooth I really have never hired a contractor before this, but I’ve heard horror stories.... so I think I just got super lucky. I was amazed at the speed everything was getting finished. He also kept everything super clean each day and cleaned up extra stuff that wasn’t his, I was really impressed. Everything was in budget as well not only that but after paying my total, at the last minute I wanted to add a digital deadbolt lock. It took a month for me to remember to buy one first of all, when I had it I gave him a call. He seriously came to install it the next day and after asking for an invoice he just said it’s on the house! Jorge is just a really good guy and I will always go to him because he made a seemingly stressful situation super easy for me!!! And his finished work is beautiful."
